ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Admission
to Saint Gabriel School is governed by the rules and
regulations of the Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools (MACS)
system.
The MACS
schools are part of the Diocese of Charlotte Catholic School
Mission.
Saint
Gabriel School is one of five kindergartens through grade 5
elementary schools that are part of the MACS system. The

Age and
Registration Requests:
Children
must be five years old by October 16th to enter
Kindergarten, and six years old by October 16th to enter
first grade. All new kindergarten and first grade students
must present a birth certificate, a baptismal certificate,
and a record of immunization. These forms must be returned
to the school prior to school opening for admission.
Screening tests will be administered to all new students.
