Our theme for 2024-2025 is Be a Living Light. We embody and radiate the love, compassion, and teachings of Jesus Christ in our daily life, serving as a beacon of faith and hope to others.
The Jaguar Fund: Faith in our Future
The Jaguar Fund (the annual fund) is St. Gabriel Catholic School's largest yearly fundraiser, and gives our community the opportunity to partner with us and show their commitment to the mission of St. Gabriel Catholic School:
To proclaim the Good News of the Gospel and to develop each student spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially, so that each child is prepared to live and serve in a changing society as a self-respecting and responsible citizen. St. Gabriel Catholic School's purpose is to create an environment in which the teachings of Jesus are promoted as the basis of the values they teach and uphold.
The funds raised directly and immediately support teaching and learning at St. Gabriel in alignment with the strategic priorities born from our Strategic Leadership Council and school administration.
2024-2025 Priorities
Every gift, whether large or small, directly impacts each student’s educational experience and enables us to pursue excellence and educate our students for a life based on Catholic values and academic success.
Campus and Facilities
In 2024-25, our campus improvements will include the purchase of classroom furniture that allows for a collaborative learning environment with easy configuration for any type of instructional model.

Teacher and Staff Awards
The Fruits of the Holy Spirit Awards honor St. Gabriel Catholic School staff by recognizing those who inspire and help our students achieve their best by exhibiting the Fruits of the Holy Spirit:
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Generosity, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control, Charity, and Modesty.
With the support from generous donors to the Jaguar Fund, the SLC will annually select nine Fruits of the Holy Spirit Award recipients from SGCS staff members, who will receive recognition and a monetary award.
Field Trip Costs
School field trips offer a wide range of benefits that complement traditional classroom learning. They enrich students' educational experiences, promote personal growth, and contribute to their overall development as well-rounded individuals. Funds will be equally distributed to each grade to help families offset the cost to travel for field trips.
Professional Development
We encourage our teachers to seek out quality professional development opportunities, many of which require additional funds for national-level conferences. The trainings will create enhanced learning environments that are aligned with our mission, values, and academic program. Donations to the Jaguar Fund will support these opportunities.
