Donate to The Jaguar Fund: Faith in our Future
Thank you for supporting Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Charlotte, including St. Gabriel Catholic School. The Jaguar Fund allows our school to continue to provide students with innovative academics, virtue, and service-learning opportunities.

In past years, the MACS Education Foundation organized the MACS Annual Fund for revenue beyond tuition to enrich the outstanding Catholic learning environment across our school system. Now, and in the future, MACS schools will use a school-by-school annual fund approach.
All funds raised are spent during the current school year. Every gift, whether large or small, directly impacts each student’s educational experience and enables us to pursue excellence and educate our students for a life based on Catholic values and academic success.

The Jaguar Fund is a compelling way for our community to show their commitment to the mission of St. Gabriel Catholic School; To proclaim the Good News of the Gospel and to develop each student spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially, so that each child is prepared to live and serve in a changing society as a self-respecting and responsible citizen. St. Gabriel Catholic Schools’ purpose is to create an environment in which the teachings of Jesus are promoted as the basis of the values they teach and uphold.

St. Gabriel School needs your support! Tuition alone cannot cover all the goals that St. Gabriel School hopes to achieve. Our intent is to be a school that provides an affordable Catholic education for those who want it. The Jaguar Fund broadens St. Gabriel's base of support. As it broadens, it strengthens and ensures the future of the school and gives the best opportunity for all those who love St. Gabriel. Campus improvements including the purchase of furniture that allows for a collaborative learning environment with easy configuration for any type of instructional model.
Planned School security enhancements.
Professional Development
Encouraging our teachers to seek out quality professional development opportunities, requiring additional funds for national-level conferences. The trainings will create enhanced learning environments that are aligned with our mission, values, and academic program.
Field Trip Costs
School field trips offer a wide range of benefits that complement traditional classroom learning. They enrich students' educational experiences, promote personal growth, and contribute to their overall development as well-rounded individuals. Funds will be equally distributed to each grade to help families offset the cost to travel for field trips.

Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes! Unlike tuition, Jaguar Fund gifts are tax-deductible.
When can I give to the Jaguar Fund?
Our fiscal year runs from July 1-June 30, gifts can be made at any time on or before June 30th.
Endowment Fund Information

An endowment is a permanent fund, the principal of which is never touched. The principal, as defined, includes the initial contribution given to establish the endowment and the additional gifts to the endowment. Only the investment earnings from an endowment fund are used. In specific terms, an endowment fund provides a permanent and secure source of income, which can ensure the future of St. Gabriel Catholic School. Strong endowments are an essential component of a thriving Catholic school and allow our school to meet the needs of increasing costs and keep tuition affordable for all families seeking an exceptional Catholic education rooted in our mission. 7% of the Jaguar Fund fund go towards the St. Gabriel Catholic School Endowment Fund, managed by investment professionals at the Diocese of Charlotte Foundation. To donate, please mail a check payable to the "Foundation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte" with St. Gabriel Catholic School Endowment Fund in the memo line.
